"If I could give a NEGATIVE ZERO star I would!! This Agency is the most unprofessional agency I have every dealt with. I've been with Statefarm since 2011 but this particular agency canceled both my auto policies without the decency of calling or sending documentation. Back in July 2023, This agency sent a letter stating that they were going to cancel both my auto policies due to the amount of tows that I had used. Then this same agency turned around and mailed me another letter stating to disregard their first letter regarding the cancelations. At the same time they went behind my back and still canceled the first auto in July 2023 and the second auto in October 2023. Mind you without even a phone call or a letter stating that this was happening. Both cars were on auto payment and neither checking accounts were being charged due to the fact that this agency cancelled both policies. When I called in January 2024. I had to start a new auto policy for the first car that I had since 2011 because they canceled it without telling me. Then they have the audacity to try and bill me for the second auto (from Aug 2023 to Feb 2024) for an auto that they canceled but forgot to remove from their records. This agency is so messed up that they can't even keep their records and policies updated. I also have a homeowner's policy with Statefarm. For my piece of mind I had to remove all three policies from this agency before they accidentally canceled my homeowner insurance like they did my vehicles. If these are the type of agents Statefarm is hiring, I may have to go with another insurance company all together."
